Early Access Terms
These terms apply to Fragmented Interactive early access purchases, including Fsidecar Founding Builder Access.
Early Access Software
Fsidecar is currently an early access product. Features, packaging, license activation, download access, and workflows may change as the product is tested, stabilized, and improved.
Founding Builder Access
Founding Builder Access is a one-time early support purchase for Fsidecar. Founding builders receive permanent founder status and access to eligible Fsidecar builds and updates made available through the founder access flow.
Downloads and Activation
Fsidecar downloads are being prepared through a protected founder portal. Until protected downloads and license activation are ready, no public permanent download link should be expected or shared.
Refunds
Refund requests are handled case by case. If you purchased by mistake, cannot access founder communications, or have an issue with your order, contact support using the email address associated with your purchase.
Support
Support is provided through Discord and email. Early access support is best-effort while the product is actively being built and hardened.
Use at Your Own Risk
Early access software may contain bugs or incomplete features. Users are responsible for keeping backups of important files and projects before using any development, execution, refactor, or automation workflows.
No Guarantee of Specific Features
Roadmaps, planned features, and future capabilities are directional and may change. Fragmented Interactive may adjust priorities based on safety, feasibility, user feedback, and product readiness.
